Over the past eight years, I have worked with thousands of clients that include busy men, women, senior citizens, etc. I have helped my clients achieve a healthy & holistic lifestyle through training programs that helped them lose weight, rehabilitate injuries, gain muscle, correct their posture, & especially by providing them with a structured method to achieve the right mindset towards their health & fitness.
