I’m Gurdas Singh,I have spent my entire childhood and teenage playing competitive sports which later motivated me to pursue the science of Fitness. My approach towards fitness is holistic which means achieving optimal wellness by focusing on the physical, mental, and spiritual needs of an individual. I help my clients & athletes achieve the ideal fitness required to live a fitter & healthier life. My approach helps in improving strength and conditioning and in building endurance so that you perform at your best in your daily life, late in the games or during a long competition. One of the outstanding figures in the history of medicine ‘Hippocrates Asclepiades’, ‘the Great Physician’ said “If you are not your own doctor, you are a fool.” Therefore through my experience of training athletes, studies & research, I’m creating new trails for people by which they can understand their body & become their own healer.
