About the trainer

I’m Amit Vats, a certified lifestyle & fitness trainer with a passion to make people’s life pain & injury free through a scientific fitness approach & study of the mechanics of body movements. Teaching corrective exercises & other healing therapies to recover from various pain & injuries that affect our muscles, bones, tendons, ligaments, etc. I have an ongoing interest in the field of health & fitness.
