Welcome to my one-on-one training program that will help you in gaining strength, overall conditioning, power, speed, resilience, etc all through the scientific approach of movement patterns.
I am Abhay, a certified Personal Trainer accredited by The American Council of Exercise. I specialize in Strength and Conditioning. 
With my years of knowledge and experience, my approach to creating a program is holistic where I focus on movement patterns that encompass nearly all of our everyday motions.

  • I’ll spend time studying your exercise pattern and make scientific modifications to workouts that you find difficult to perform. This will help in improving the weaker areas of your fitness activity.
