Welcome to my private, one-on-one training, and nutritional program that offers a holistic approach to achieve a fitter, healthier lifestyle. 


I’m Gurdas Singh, the ACE-certified personal trainer & nutritionist. My approach towards fitness is holistic which means achieving optimal wellness by focusing on the physical, mental, and spiritual needs of an individual. My approach helps in improving strength and conditioning and in building endurance so that you perform at your best in your daily life,  late in the games or during a long competition. I combine the knowledge of fitness and other forms of universal healing methods like meditation, yoga, breathing techniques in a manner where one reaps benefits by focusing on overall wellbeing.

  • Create and customize a 30-day plan as per the individual’s expectations and goals.
  • Keeping in view your current lifestyle, strength, and mindset. I’ll guide you in-depth & in detail through each live workout session.
  • I’ll focus keenly on safety and the good form needed to perform most of the exercises.
  • I’ll make sure that we focus on our plan holistically by creating a proper mindset to achieve success in our physical journey.
  • I’ll spend time studying your exercise pattern and make scientific modifications to workouts that you find difficult to perform. This will help in improving the weaker areas of your fitness activity.
