I’m Dr. Umesh Wadhavani, a Nutritionist & Mental Health Professional. I have helped many with their fitness & health goals since 2014 in India as well as in the UK & USA. As an avid admirer of healthy living, I believe in being healthy and fit from inside out which is possible only through the balance of the right nutritional intake.
Program highlights & how it works?
- A customized nutritional plan for a month with 2 LIVE private sessions with me.
- In our first one-on-one live session, my program will start with a detailed assessment of your lifestyle, overall health, and nutrition. I’ll also take time to know carefully about your daily routine and work schedule.
- Based on your body’s characteristics, metabolism, blood profile & requirement, I’ll customize a 30 days nutritional plan.
- We all know how important the right nutritional plan is for reaping effective results from our fitness journey, hence I’ll scientifically align the diet plan with your fitness level and exercises that you perform.
- In our 30 days journey, I’ll follow up again in the 3rd week through a LIVE session to monitor the progress and make changes wherever required.
- In our journey together, I’ll provide you with a wealth of information, and practical ways to relax and deal with any issues that come up.
