Welcome to my private one-on-one personal training program that combines functional & cross fit exercises to help improve daily life by helping you shed that extra fat and build muscles to prepare your body for everyday tasks and activities. Mostly using your body weight and minimum equipment, this intense form of strength training is safe & effective for everyone.

  • Create and customize a 30-day plan as per the individual’s expectations and goals.
  • Keeping in view your current lifestyle, strength, and mindset. I’ll guide you in-depth & in detail through each live workout session.
  • I’ll focus keenly on safety and the good form needed to perform most of the exercises.
  • I’ll make sure that we focus on our plan uniquely by creating a proper mindset to achieve success in our physical journey.
  • I’ll spend time to study your exercise pattern and make scientific modifications of workouts that you find difficult to perform. This will help in improving the weaker areas of your fitness activity.
