Welcome to my one-on-one personal training program which is a blend of corrective exercises, fitness training & physical therapy. Evaluate your fitness level, set goals,  reset and regain your natural movement, strength, endurance, and overall posture to live pain and injury-free.

I’m Vibhor Adhran with over 6 years of professional experience in corrective exercises & rehabilitation. I hold an ACE certificate in Corrective Exercises, Rehabilitation, Sports Performance, Nutrition. I also have a  professional certification in Lower Back Pain management. I have carefully crafted this program to help you live pain & injury-free through a scientific fitness approach & study of the mechanics of body movements.

Program Highlights
  • We will start with a counseling session for a detailed assessment of where you are in terms of your fitness, your overall health. We will discuss in detail any issues that you are currently facing.
  • After our assessment, I’ll determine the root causes of imbalances and faulty movement patterns that lead to issues with pain, injury, posture, balance, and total body coordination.
  • I’ll create a detailed customized corrective exercise plan and teach you how to incorporate that in your daily life.
  • I’ll provide you with rehabilitation, structured plan with tools and techniques over 12 sessions which will immensely give you freedom from any pain related to muscles, bones, tendons, ligaments, etc.
