Welcome to my nutrition program ‘Be Your Home Nutritionist’


I’m Dr. Umesh Wadhavani, a Nutritionist & Mental Health Professional. I have helped many with their fitness & health goals since 2014 in India as well as in the UK & USA. As an avid admirer of healthy living, I believe in being healthy and fit from the inside out which is possible only through the balance of the right nutritional intake. 

Through online programs such as ‘Be Your Home Nutritionist’, I aim to educate & empower people by teaching them the basics of Nutrition, Fitness Training, and Mental health so that they can look after their health on their own, without relying on medicines or other people.
This is what you’ll achieve:

  • Education - Learn everything about your food.
  • Empowerment - Prepare your diet plan.
  • Implementation - Learn how to make your Ghar ka khana healthy.
  • Family- Bring a family member along for free.
  • Entertainment - This program is structured in a storytelling format. The nutrients are Characters and there will be a storyline, interval, cliffhangers, and a climax.


Program Breakdown

  • The whole program is divided into 4 x 90mins sessions conducted over 2 weekends.
  • The first 3 sessions will be on Nutrition with Dr. Umesh Wadhavani, where you will learn everything that you need to know about Nutrition and Diet Planning.
  • The last session will be conducted by Manasvvi Desai -a professional chef & a fit baker along with Dr. Umesh Wadhavani. This session will equip you with all the information to implement Nutrition learning in your Ghar Ka Khana.
