- I’ll safely sequence the modifications of workouts for different individuals & body types which will help in improving your weaker areas.
- I will provide you with the tools, mindset, and techniques to help you make the most of any workout even after our sessions come to an end. I’ll also customize the programs as per your preferred place of work out – be it from home, garden, park, or gym.
