I'm Ravinder Pal Singh, body and lifestyle transformation coach. I’m a certified fitness and nutritional expert from Classic fitness academy (FIT) with 7 years of experience. I focus on helping my clients achieve their fitness goals & improve fitness performance, while at the same time minimizing any underlying health issues, recovering from postural anomalies, injuries, weakness, stiffness, etc.

  • After our goal setting, I’ll guide you through the live regular training program customized as per your need
