Our Session will  have a combination of strength and functional training. Dumbells and resistance band(optional) are needed. There are no complex movement patterns in my session, and nothing extra-strenuous, but it all adds up to a holistic routine with synergistic benefits. This workout session will not only help you to lose fat and gain muscle but also set their biomechanics, stability and balance in order. Its an instruction based class of intermediate intensity
